Broadband bill help taking payment

Hello so I had to make a payment on the 2nd but couldn't and there was a option to pay directly on my app and today I tried to do that and now it's not there anymore also its 2 bills in 1 so I need to pay today also i changed my bank card details on direct debit it's saying it'll be taken out on the 4th but it hasn't been done and I can't over pay it twice I've money coming out for other things and can't risk having 2 payments been taken out.
