Billing and random upgrade

Hi

my contract states £45 so was expecting my first bill to be £90 ish a per virgin email 

it has come through at £145

rang up virgin who see package as £83 a month. I have the contract so I should be okay but any advice for getting this sorted beside “passed to my manager should take 42hrs to rectify”

I signed up on m200 but as part of volt this is bumped to m350. I recently see in my app that I have been upgraded to m500 even though I did not ask to be? 

does anyone have any experience of random changes to accounts??
