Awful Service - out of contract

The app is hopeless. Does not function. 
the chat function does not work.

The packages are not available. The price takes too long for them to make up. Fraud on an industrial scale.
Tried to call and renogotiate contract. 
was only offered 0ver £110 contract. This was for super fast broadband. But we were told that was what we had for the last 18 months. The broadband was sluggish at best. Do not want to pay so much - as better content available on Netflix and Apple TV without long contract. So ditching Virgin media - the customer service is Shockingly bad!!!!
