I have recently rejoined virgin media but when I try to log in to my account on the app and online, it signs me into the old account. Is there any way to delete the old account so it automatically logs into the new one.

Thanks for your post.
Sorry you are still being directed to the former account.
If you have you new account details, You can chose the option to register a new account here
It might also be best to delete the app re install it once you have registered your new account.
If you get an error message saying email already in use, Can you try a different email.
You can still use the old email as a contact.

Thank you, I did have to change the email sign in and contact email on the old account before it would let me have access to the new account.
