Attempting to sign into the myVM app but it keeps saying email or password is invalid

Hello, having problems signing in to account to access e mail etc.

When I signed up, it gave me option to enter another email , it came back that I had to click link to confirm, but I cannot get it to work, thanks

Hey Trevinthepark, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

Please go down the forgot password route and let us know how you get on.

Once this has been done go to sign in to My Virgin Media then go to Account Settings > Account details > Manage your Virgin Media Mail App Password, they'll be given the option to generate a password.

This will allow you to use the same on over all platforms. Cheers

When registering, it asked me if I wanted to change e mail address and I did.

It told me I then had to verify my e mail address in my inbox.

Cannot access the new email  , think I should have used original email until I was signed in, my mistake.

It would be good if I could restart the process and start again,??, Thanks .

Please try signing in with the new email it should let you.

If not go down the forgot username route and it should give you a promp.

Sorry Matt, the new e mail was what I was going to have. But I have no access to it, so I cannot verify the e mail , I've tried forgot email and forgot password. Thanks

What happens if you try the old one does that give you an error code? Cheers

Everytime I attempt to sign in it tells me I have registered already and I need to verify email but can't because the email I registered is wrong, I should have used the email I used on sign up and not used the options to use a email with @ Virgin media.... in thanks, no error showing
