Are offers on your online account genuine

Hi I cancelled my contract as it was at an end I rung up retentions without much success BUT I don't usually go onto my account online but I did and the offer was way better than retentions just by upgrading my broadband can this be trusted

Hi Daniel thanks for the reassurance it is an offer I'm interested in but usually retentions do the best deals my contract ends on the 5th can I take up the new offer now and how do I go about telling them I've changed my mind as the phone and chat are a nightmare to get through to

We'd suggest contacting the retentions team before taking up the new offer.

Have you specifically tried reaching out to them via WhatsApp? You can do so on +447305 327 112.

If you do decide to try calling, the best number to contact the team on is 0345 454 1111 (Option one, then four, then four), or 150 from a Virgin Media landline or Virgin Mobile.

Well wouldn't you know I've not long gone on there and that deal has been removed 😡soo I'm back to square one now is it true that TNT is now goin to be a stand alone package
