Appointments Not Appearing

Haven't been able to setup my Broadband so I rang Virgin on Monday (6th June) to see if they could send an engineer out. I was put through to an outsourced call centre who booked an engineer for today (9th June) but I can't see this in my Orders & Appointments page in the app or website.

I have only received one text regarding the appointment, so I'm skeptical whether they will show or not

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues viewing your appointments on your online account! I understand that this must be frustrating.

Have you been advised of the time slot that the engineer could show up, or do you need some assistance with that?
