App won't accept password

Hi,  I've been trying to sign into the Virgin media app and so far no good.  I've managed to get further than I did last time, but now no matter which password I choose, it says I can't use it. I've tried on my phone and my laptop, cleared cache and cookies and yet still can't do it. Please can someone help urgently as I need to set up my netflix through virgin as it is on my package and I'm losing the will to live with all the problems I'm having with one thing and another.

Welcome back to the community. 

Can I ask does the password meet these requirements?

- Between 8-10 characters
- Start with a letter
- Contain at least one number
- No special characters.
