App saying we couldn't retrieve your product details after charging my package

Change my package ever since then the app is saying we couldn't retrieve your product details it been 4 day since package has been changed

Hi Jamboharp, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums.  Can you confirm if the same is showing via the online account? Would you be able to remove and install the app again to see if anything changes? - Chris.
