New on here, and desperately trying to resolve my app password problem because VM still haven’t and it’s now been 4months +
Problem - when I log into my virginmedia and go settings the option to reset app password just isn’t there - I’ve tried at length to get this resolved but the technical support is completely incompetent and unable to escalate my complaint, all VM want to do is close the complaint without fixing it!
Anyone else experienced the same problems?
