My Virgin Media App keeps saying I’ve got to wait till my broadband is connected before I can use it. My broadband was up and running 2 weeks ago now. Is there anything I can do

Thank you for your reply. I’ve tried the webpage I can’t sign on there either. I got a email saying I’ve got a bill but I can’t check it out
