I am unable to log in to my virgin media app, it still sees my email address as having left virgin from a few years back. Could someone resolve this for me please?
Hi Ssmith9151717, thanks for the message. The app would use the same password as the online account, would you be able to see if you can log in with that and see if it resolves the issue for you? Please let us know how it goes? ^Chris
