App issues

On our wavelength

Each time I use the app to pay my bill it always says overdue even when it's not. Today's bill isn't due until 4th November but is showing overdue. Also after I fill in the payment page and then go to my bank app to authorise when I go back the payment page disappears and takes me back to the start. This is not the first time it's happened and its really annoying.

Why does my bill always say overdue and threatening to cut me off when I am up to date. Like this for months
