App and Website

Does anyone have any idea why each version of the App gets worse and worse with each new version? The website is totally unusable and the App is appalling! Worst of any I have used - and there are many!

Mainly that it doesn’t work!I log in to see if I can upgrade. When I click on upgrades all I get is a screen inviting me to chat. This screen does nothing and I can’t even see my current package.

Really sorry about that banalbanana,

Welcome back to the community.

I'll get this raised with our team for investigation, in the meantime you should be able to view your package by any previous bills sent.

I'd also advise contacting our team via 0345 454 1111/150 from a VM landline to discuss a new package if you are an existing customer.
