Good morning,
I have recently moved home and have a new contract and need to change the account number associated with my email so I can access the new information with the app. This along with other things is a nightmare.

Hi there, thank you for getting back to me. When I attempt to log in it takes me to my old account. I can’t use an alternative email as I used the same email address to change my services over to my new address.
