Been a customer for over a month now and app doesn't show or recognise my account. Virgin connect, I can't sign in anyone else in same boat?

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue accessing the Virgin Media apps currently. Taking a look at things this end, I can see you've not registered for My VM. You will need to have an account in order to log in to the apps.
You can register for My VM here. You'll be asked for a few details and then once an account is created, you can use this to log into the apps.

I have registered for virgin media. I did this the day I received my equipment.
