I have tried to amend my details regarding my new mobile number in the Accounts Detail online, but it states that it has not been able to, please try later. I have tried this on several days to no avail.

I have checked My Details page again this morning, my mobile number is still not correctly updated.
My mobile number was switched by Virgin Media to a new SIM with O2. So my new contact details are mobile number [REMOVED].

Why is not possible to amend your contact details online? I have tried this for months and even with your staff assistance it has not been done correctly.
