Sorry to hear of the delay with your My VM account being set up.
There are a couple of reasons this usually happens;
Are your services all installed and activated now? If not, this will be affecting your access to My VM. This will resolve itself when your services are installed and activated!
Otherwise, has the email address used to register ever been associated with a former account? Or another account which currently has active services. If so, we may just need to get the email address transferred over to the current account to restore access.
