Been with virgin since mid Jan and still can’t create an online account. Any passwords I try to use to make the account fire back saying can’t use this password

i finally managed to set an account up yesterday.
On another note, what’s the waiting time for the smart tv? We joined virgin in mid Jan and took a package which included the smart tv in the offer, we are still waiting for a dispatch and delivery date
