Account for old order

Hey,
both my virgin media app and when I log in on my desktop seem to be linked to my original order.

this order was cancelled and I then sorted out a new order via phone call. However my app and online account don’t seem to have been updated to match. They just say ‘your services haven’t been activated yet’.
