Account details incorrect

Hi!

I’m a new customer. I tried to register to My Virgin Media using the details they sent me through my email but it keeps on saying that the details I have entered are incorrect.

Sorry to hear you got a bit stuck when trying to register for your online My Virgin Media account. Can you please confirm if you're referring to the first section which asks for your account number, last name and area reference? If so, does it specify which bit of information is incorrect?
