Account closed in partners name due to illness. New account in my name won’t let me register keeps going to old account. The email is the same as before.

Despite talking to virgin I still cannot register, They have phoned me twice and nothing is happening even tried to register with non virgin email as suggested but nothing.
I can see my colleague has raised an IT ticket for you regarding this, I've had a look and this is still being worked. We're sorry for the delays.
