Account changed

I've previously have been a customer with virgin media and the contract has ended. Few months later and I've got another package with virgin media. When I use the virgin media app it still shows the old account number and not updated to the new one. I can't change settings or anything at all. I still used the same email and password to sign back up.

Any help please?

From what you have explained, it sounds as though your username/email address is still linked to your former account. I would love to help you with getting your username set to the correct account. I am going to send you a private message. Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
