I'm not able to create register my account on 'my virgin media' app. Every time I try, it shows that the account is already set up with the email address.
This might be because I have an old account which was abandoned (removed) and not deleted yet.
My new account : removed - currently using it.
Please help me with this query. It's getting stressed as I'm not able to get hold of an agent to help me out since a long time.
