As a new customer, I cannot believe the shocking support that I have received.

I connect the app and I can see my name and a message saying it's being setup. I have my land line and fibre and TV working, but being blocked from various sites (insurance) unless I use my Plusnet mobile. First operative told me to reinstall app and try 24hrs later! Second suggested clearing cache on my phone and pc!.

Third said the could see a fault on my line and it would be fixed within 24hrs or you'd be in touch. So 6 days later still not working. Time to cancel???, Certainly would warn people off. 

Any ideas anyone?????? 🤯
