Access to VM on all platforms is blocked

In PO area there seems a problem signing in to VM on laptop, tablet and phone.

It is the only site affected.

Kept saying Email address or password incorrect when they weren't.

Solution from VM was for them to give me a temporary password which then enabled me to log in.

But they have made IT referral to see why it is happening and I am waiting to hear from them.

.Just wondered if anyone else, apart from the one person I know of, is having this problem recently?

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.

I am sorry to hear you've been having some problems accessing your online account. We're not aware of any issues as such but if you're getting the error the email address/password is incorrect then we would recommend a reset in the first instance. 

Have you had any issues since this was reset for you? 

Once you have signed in, with the password that was provided, we'd advise updating it via account settings.

Thanks for your reply Ayisha.

It has happened to someone I know in PO area  on 3 consecutive Sundays.And she had to spend time getting password reset.

It has only happened to me once, last week after there was a known problem with broadband in my area. Even when on phone to VM getting password reset my email address was also blocked as invalid!

So I have to ring up each time to get it reset?

We're not aware of a wider issues relating to this @Soos_Mc 

Have you still been having issues accessing the online account after the password was reset for you?
