The virgin media app has said "We'll have you setup within 48 hours" and it's been saying that since 08/08/2022.
Our broadband is not set to be installed until the 6th of September so is that why I can't get logged onto the app?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account login, you should be able to create your account before your services have been installed. Have you tried to register on the app and by the web site? If you haven't tried to do it via the site, please could you give that a try and let me know if it works.
