48 Hours Virgin Media App

Hi

The virgin media app has said "We'll have you setup within 48 hours" and it's been saying that since 08/08/2022. 

Our broadband is not set to be installed until the 6th of September so is that why I can't get logged onto the app? 

Any help appreciated

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account login, you should be able to create your account before your services have been installed. Have you tried to register on the app and by the web site? If you haven't tried to do it via the site, please could you give that a try and let me know if it works.

I have already registered on the website and I have an account but the app has said "We'll have you setup within 48 hours" for 8 days now.

Thanks for coming back to us @ChloeFleck, are you able to log into your account via the website or do you get the same issues with the app and the website?

If you're getting the issue on the app only, please could you try to remove and re-install the app on your device?

I am able to log into the website with no issues at all.

I've uninstalled the app and reloaded twice now. I've signed out and back and still the same "48 hours" message.
