Hi, I have 2 accounts in my name (one for my house and a slightly newer one for my brother-in-law's flat). We live on the same road, so they are registered with the same name and postcode. However, account numbers and supply addresses are different.
I'm trying to get my brother-in-law's set up online but when I try to register it with a different email address and the account number for his property it just keeps saying that I'm already registered and jumps back to the login details for the account at my house. We need to get his DD set up for his and this is becoming quite frustrating.
Please can someone advise what to do?
