why cannot questions on charges be answered? i can only see charges / usage for the last month and it seems that virgin is unable or unwilling to tell me historical charges. all other 'utilities', financial institutions etc show me historical data so why not ?
keep asking for details of what i have been charged. surely any company that cared about their customers could tell you this, but not in this case. happy enough to rip you off but incapable of resolving issues
