unhelpful answers

surely there should be an option to mark an answer as unhelpful - there seem to be plenty of people with something to say but no solutions

Is that because the answers you got, where not to your liking?

answering basic question on charges

why cannot questions on charges be answered? i can only see charges / usage for the last month and it seems that virgin is unable or unwilling to tell me historical charges. all other 'utilities', financial institutions etc show me historical data so why not ?

why can i not find out what i have been charged

i want to know what i have been charged for the last 5 months, why is this not available ?

overcharged but by how much

keep asking for details of what i have been charged. surely any company that cared about their customers could tell you this, but not in this case. happy enough to rip you off but incapable of resolving issues

How many threads have you started regarding this? 

I would suggest you put your complaint in writing using the official process.
