unable to register

I have had a virgin sim card for 15 years and recently you have sent me a new one. Since then I have had numerous problems. In the morning I had a balance of £25, in the evening I only had £1. I tried to find out how this had happened and needed to register but your system does not allow me to do it.

I have been trying to register with virgin media for over three hours without success. Virgin keeps asking for answers to a security question but does not give the question to answer, so I cannot answer. Your system does not allow anyone to go further! I keep going around a circle each time. I and many others must be very frustrated. 

I want to register so I can look into an account to find why virgin has used £24 in one day without me using the phone. Only used phone once during the day on a local call.
