My allowances were refreshed at 10:08 AM today. I got a text a few minutes ago (19:06) that I’ve hit my spending cap. I have not sent any texts or calls outside of my local community. I never use SMS, only WhatsApp. I have not received any texts either. This also happened a few days ago after a spam message was sent to my phone number. Please explain ??? Is this an error???

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

Sorry to hear about what has happened here - this would normally happen when there is something that has been used outside of your allowances. It's not something I could say for certain without taking a look. I will pop you over a private message to confirm some details.
