My services have been suspended and when I logged in to check why it said I have an outstanding balance of £0.00. I have paid my bill last night and my service still does not work.Any advice on how to deal with this would be appreciated.
Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that your services were temporarily suspended due to a billing issue! It can take a day or so for the system to process your payment. Once the payment has been processed, any service restriction will be taken off the system and your services will resume as usual.
