my new sim is damaged and not working - how do i request a replacement

hi Ryan...
Thank you for your last PM asking for my mobile phone number with the sim issues. Unfortunately the 'reply' facility only works occasionally and has now disappeared again. Of the two mobiles on my account it is the one ending ########237. No idea whether this message will get through.

That's the problem Ryan - I can see your private messages but the red reply 'button' is only there rarely so I have to reply to you in this way. Do you have enough security information to act on the issue of the sim not working - because if you have to ask for any private information, it's likely we'll be stuffed? So if you hear nothing more from me - that's the reason.
May be you could text me on the other mobile on my account?
