I am Having problems registering online. When I register, it shows a security answer box but no security question to select from? Can someone please help?

The security answer would be the memorable you would issue to members of staff when you call into the call centre or contact our team over messaging services

I’m having the same issue.
I have been with Virgin Mobile for many years and I have never set up a security question to my knowledge.

Same issue as others, this is a new registration of an old SIM previously unregistered. When I try to set it up it has a security question which is blank and won’t let me bypass this step. Any help?
