pre contract agreement cant sign says details are wrong?

hello i upgraded my mobile to a black friday deal had emails and confirmation saying i have upgraded but i have been getting emails telling me 48 hours to sign pre contract i have tried all day but it refuses my last 4 digit bank number i called the numbe and enetered order number and it said its all done just need to confirm its signed if anyone can help
