im unable to change my phone number on my account which means i have been unable to pay my bills since I lost my phone that has the number I need to verify the payment I don't want my internet to cut out but I'm unable to pay

Sorry to hear of the payment issue and the problems caused by the landline number change, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.
We aren't able to take payments via the forums I'm afraid, we have these contact methods or the team can be contacted on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other line where they would be able to take the payment.
