Hello Virgin Media Team,
I recently ordered a pay-monthly SIM online and checked my account for the 'My Order' option, of which the status is currently in 'Parked'. If there is an issue or more information needed to process my order, please do reply as soon as possible as I have taken a PAC code to transfer my old number to this new sim if the order process is confirmed.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.
Let me look into this for you - I have never known it to happen on a SIMO plan, only when a handset is attached. I will send you over a private message to confirm some details 🙂
