 its an iphone 11 on a monthly contract 

 mobile sent back from repair shop saying i need a replacement sim

Please don't post personal on this forum.

Staff on this forum don't generally have access to mobile accounts, why do you need a replacement sim exactly, if its working then a replacement isn't needed.

Is this so you can get 5G?

I need you to answer the questions above so I can help you, when did you get the sim and what color is it

 was not working sent back they said mobile ok yopu need a replacement sim

I understand the phones not very old but when did you get the sim if its purple then its 5G capable...

Can you search for a network manually and see if Vodafone or EE appears and report back.
