I have had a sim card with my oomph package and i seem to have misplaced it
I could not find an option to order one
can this be done on line by yourselves

Sorry to hear that you have not been able to order a replacement SIM. this can only be done by staff who can access your mobile account. Have you been able to order one since your post?
