lost my security therefore i cant check my agreement which is annoying , also all the phone numbers to contact virgin media are not working either. also live chat is dead too. does anyone know how to get a new security key please so i can sign in?
yes still need assistance, cannot get through to customer services all phone numbers goes dead and live chat takes around 4hours to reply which is rubbish, thinking about moving networks as customer services is appalling with virgin. so yes need security key please.
