Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your mobile order looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you, we are aware of a delay with stock from suppliers at the moment which we do apologise for.
We have sent emails to customers affected that will have more info and apology within it.
Once we get some further information we will let all customers know, at the moment we are still waiting for the release of stock from the suppliers. I know this must be frustrating so I do apolgise.
