I have recently changed address which has been successfully changed on my profile but when I log on and try and print off a VAT invoice it still has my old address on it. How do I get this changed please?
The address shown on the bill is [removed]. The address that should be on there is [removed]. As i said earlier I have contacted Virgin and given them my new address, and my new address is in my profile but is different on the VAT invoice which I require to be correct for business purposes.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your addresses and VAT invoice looked into, I am sorry if this is causing some inconvenience. Can I ask when you asked us to change this info? It could still be in the processing stage if you changed it quite recently.
I have logged into my account and the profile on the right of the screen shows my new (correct) address. When I click on 'view bill' and then click on 'tax invoice' the invoice has my old (incorrect) address
