I have 4 contracts with this 1, contract No. 101867183 2, contract No. 102019177 3. contract No. 102015858 4, contract No. 101642866 From December 15, I was issued a debt relief order and I have a problem I sent 4 letters confirming virgin media is still calling and haunting me pretending that I do not know anything JUSTYNA

Hello

As somebody who also has a DRO when you spoke to VM have you given them the DRO order number, II know that it can take up to a month or more for the Insolvency team to contact the creditors to inform them. Also if you are getting constant calls then the first point of call would be the Official Receiver which will be in the letter you have received from the Insolvency Service. Speaking from experience but not of Virginmedia I was hounded by once of my creditors for nearly 2 mths before they finally got the notification.
