data charging

Hi.I have recently been charged £60 extra on my Virgin Mobile account, which I am very unhappy about. The phone in question is my wife's- she went 536MG over her limit. She was warned that she was over her linit but my wife does not understand these things. I am the account holder and therefore the warning should have been sent to me. £60 is an awful lot of money to me and this charge leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. I have been a loyal customer to Virgin Mobile for many years and have recommended Virgin Mobile to many friends and family. Could this please be refunded as the warning should have been sent to me, not my wife.
