Text PAC followed by your date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format to 65075 to receive a PAC Code from Virgin. By Phone: You can get a PAC Code by calling Virgin Mobile. To do this, call them on 789 using your Virgin handset. Alternatively, dial 0345 6000 789 from any other phone
Really sorry that you have had this experience with the call center team. There are some strict OFCOM regulations around us on the forum being able to provide you with the PAC code, so unfortunately we wouldn't be able to provide you with this from here.
The best option would be to speak with a customer care representative over the phone, I appreciate that this is currently taking a little longer that expected. Please do bare with us whilst we answer you call.
I am sorry Steve, what number are you using I have called our mobile team and have gotten through to a queue, I would advise you do not cancel your direct debit as this may restrict your service and affect your credit score and may not guarantee we will give you call you may be sent letters
