Hi, please can customer services help me as I no longer have any mobile phone contracts, just 3 blanks where my mobiles used to be. I can't even see old bills anymore so I like to close the account.

We wouldn't be able to close the account on here, but how did you cancel the accounts? Was it via the phone? Did you speak to our team?

2 of the numbers were transferred to other providers. This was done via your website. Please advise which number I need to call to close the account down properly.

There are now no numbers left on the account. The 3rd number went ages ago. So it's just an empty account, with no numbers attached. I just want to close it, please advise which number I should call to do so.

If you give the team a call on 0345 600 0789, they will be able to ensure the account is closed down for you.
