my pay as you go mobile is 10 years old , and Virgin sent texts to say I need a new SIM , and asked me to reply with my address details . I did this . But virgin texted again , twice , to say they had not heard from me , and will cut me off in 30 days . It seems impossible to contact Virgin online . I do not have any account with them . They do not recognise any of my email addresses . You cannot contact them by phone . I have no idea what to do . thanks for any help .
