changing sim card on my pre -paid mobile phone

Hi everyone

I have a pre-paid mobile phone with virgin media .They are currently replacing the sim cards and asked me to text my address to them , which I did some weeks ago .They have texted me saying that they have sent me the new sim card some weeks ago and I need to replace it with my old one A.S .P

However I have not received the sim card and there appears to be no way of contacting the relevant department to sort this problem out .Can anyone suggest the best way of resolving this issue as it appears they are just about to cut me off
