Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your daughter's online account looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
I'm going to send you a PM so I can try to manually create this account on my side to see if I can rectify it - or to see if I can replicate what error you're seeing.
If it's something I can't fix myself then I can create an IT ticket for the issue, so there's a few things we can try 🙂
