cant register mobile

I have an account for my mobile number, but also have a sim card with my media account which my daughter uses. I have tried to add that number to my account but it wont let me. I called up and they said I need to create a separate account for that number. Tried again to do that but keeps saying, use the details you gave us when you opened the account and to call to change my password. Tried that already and they just said to open a new mobile account. They did though set a spending cap which was what I needed as she kept running up bills! I would though like access to the account

Hi Joolsp1,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your daughter's online account looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you. 

I'm going to send you a PM so I can try to manually create this account on my side to see if I can rectify it - or to see if I can replicate what error you're seeing. 

If it's something I can't fix myself then I can create an IT ticket for the issue, so there's a few things we can try 🙂

Hi, I am having the same issue. My bills were coming through to my husband's e-mail address but he sadly passed away and I have had to transfer all the Virgin Media accounts into my name and also try to get it set up so that the bills are coming into my new own e-mail address. I had trouble trying to sign into my mobile account online as had registered it so called to get the password changed but it still won't let me log in. I have tried reregistering but it keeps asking for details that I have set up online so just getting really frustrated that I can't get into my account to view mobile details. Can you please assist?
