My account number consists of 2 letters then 8 numbers, however when I try to sign up it says that "We can't find an account with the details you've provided." I've tried removing the letters, no change, tried adding a zero before the numbers without the letters, no change.

Whats going on here?

Can you confirm if you've tried adding two zero's to make this a 10 digit number?

I notice you say you've removed two letters and added only one zero.
